Reservations
You can view reservation details from the mobile app to check guest information, stay dates, lock codes, verification status, and linked tasks. Reservations are accessible from property detail screens, the home dashboard, and search results.
Reservation Detail Screen
Section titled “Reservation Detail Screen”The reservation detail screen is organized into several sections:
Guest Information
Section titled “Guest Information”- Guest name — first and last name
- Email — tap to compose an email
- Phone — tap to call the guest
- Reservation source — where the booking originated (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Direct)
- Confirmation code — tap the copy icon to copy it to your clipboard
Stay Information
Section titled “Stay Information”- Check-in — formatted date and time
- Check-out — formatted date and time
- Number of nights — calculated automatically
- Property — tap to navigate to the property detail screen
Status Badges
Section titled “Status Badges”The screen displays relevant status badges:
- Reservation status (e.g., Confirmed, Checked In, Checked Out)
- Code status — whether lock codes have been generated
- Verification status — guest ID verification state
Lock Codes
Section titled “Lock Codes”If smart lock codes have been assigned to the reservation, they are displayed in a dedicated section:
- Code — shown in a large monospace font for easy reading
- Device name — which lock the code works on
- Status badge — whether the code is active, pending, or expired
- Time range — when the code is valid (start and end times)
Linked Tasks
Section titled “Linked Tasks”Any tasks linked to this reservation are listed at the bottom. Each task card shows the task name, status, priority, and due date. Tap a task to open its detail screen.
Sub-Screens
Section titled “Sub-Screens”The reservation detail screen provides access to four additional views:
Smart Access
Section titled “Smart Access”A detailed view of all lock codes for this reservation, including:
- Reservation summary (guest name, property, dates)
- Code status with descriptive messages that cover the full lifecycle — scheduled, awaiting code, awaiting provider, installed, active, pending deletion, failed, expired, revoked, and “no locks” — so you always know exactly where a code stands
- All access codes with device names, online status, battery levels, and time ranges. Each code carries a color-coded status badge: green for installed/active, amber for the various “awaiting” and pending states, red for failures, and muted gray for expired, revoked, or codeless reservations
Guest Verification
Section titled “Guest Verification”View and manage the guest’s verification status:
- Verification status badge
- Guest information (name, email, phone, dates)
- Approve and Reject buttons appear when the verification is in review status
- A confirmation prompt appears before changing the status
If you have the Modify reservations permission, an Operator actions section also offers a Re-request verification button. Confirming it sets the reservation back to a pending state and prompts the guest to re-submit their verification — they’ll receive a notification with the request. This is useful when a guest’s submission was incomplete or you need updated documents.
Upsells
Section titled “Upsells”View upsells associated with the reservation.
Workflows
Section titled “Workflows”View automated and manual tasks linked to the reservation:
- Tasks are separated into Automated and Manual categories with counts
- Each task shows its status, priority, and due date
- An info banner explains that workflow automation runs on the server
All Reservations List
Section titled “All Reservations List”For an organization-wide view of every booking, open the Reservations list from the icon button in the Properties tab header. It mirrors the web reservations list:
- Status chips — All, Confirmed, Inquiry, or Cancelled, each with a live count
- Time-window chips — Upcoming, This week, or All-time. The list opens on Upcoming so the next arrivals are front and center
- Search — filter by guest name, confirmation code, or property name
Each row shows the guest name, property, date range, night count, and a status badge. Tap a row to open its full detail screen.
