Logging In to the Mobile App
You use the same email and password from the SuiteOp web dashboard to sign in to the mobile app. After your first successful sign-in, the app remembers your device and uses Face ID or Touch ID to unlock on subsequent launches.
First sign-in
Section titled “First sign-in”On a brand-new install, the app opens to a brief splash screen with a single Sign in button. Tap it to open the sign-in screen.
-
Open the app and tap Sign in
The splash carries the SuiteOp brand mark and a rotating tagline. Tapping Sign in slides over to the credentials screen.
-
Enter your credentials
Type your Email and Password — the same ones you use to sign in at dash.suiteop.com.
Password must be at least 8 characters. The form validates inline, so you’ll see a hint right under the field if the value is incomplete or malformed.
-
Tap Sign in
The app authenticates your account and begins syncing your organization’s data. You’ll see a skeleton placeholder of the home dashboard while the initial sync runs — usually a few seconds, depending on your org size and connection — then the real Home dashboard takes its place.
Returning to the app (biometric unlock)
Section titled “Returning to the app (biometric unlock)”Once you’ve successfully signed in on a device, SuiteOp remembers it. From then on:
- Reopening the app after backgrounding it — Face ID or Touch ID prompts you immediately. Glance at the screen (Face ID) or rest your finger on the sensor (Touch ID) and you’re back where you left off.
- A signed-out launch on a returning device — The splash is skipped entirely. You land directly on the sign-in screen with your email pre-filled.
The biometric unlock screen greets you by name and shows the unlock prompt. If biometric authentication is unavailable (turned off in your device settings, too many failed attempts, hardware unsupported), tap Sign out at the bottom to fall back to password sign-in. The button on this screen only clears your stored session and returns you to the sign-in form — your offline-cached data is left intact, so you’ll be signed back in without waiting for a full re-sync.
Staying signed in
Section titled “Staying signed in”Your session is securely stored on your device. You don’t need to sign in again each time you open the app — biometric unlock or a cached session handles re-entry.
Signing out
Section titled “Signing out”To fully sign out:
- Open the Profile tab (the person icon in the bottom navigation bar)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Sign Out
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- “Invalid credentials” error — double-check your email and password. If you recently changed your password on the web dashboard, use the new password.
- Stuck on the loading skeleton — make sure you have an internet connection for the initial sign-in. The app requires network access to authenticate and to run the first sync, even though it works offline afterward.
- Biometric unlock not prompting — confirm Face ID / Touch ID is enabled in your phone’s settings for the SuiteOp app. If you denied the permission earlier, you can re-enable it in Settings → SuiteOp → Face ID & Passcode on iOS or Apps → SuiteOp → Permissions → Biometric on Android.
- Forgot your password — use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in screen, or reset it on dash.suiteop.com and sign back in.
