Dashboard Tour

When you log in to SuiteOp, you land on your Home dashboard. From there, the sidebar on the left takes you everywhere else in the platform.

The sidebar on the left is your main navigation tool. It’s organized into labeled groups, and pages that belong to an area are tucked inside that area’s entry. You can collapse the sidebar to icon-only mode by clicking the rail on its edge, giving you more screen space when needed.

The sidebar only shows pages your role gives you access to, so teammates with different permissions may see fewer entries than you do.

At the very top of the sidebar, the organization switcher displays your current organization (see below). Just under it, Search anything opens search — you can also press Cmd+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows. Find properties, property groups, reservations, devices, tasks, teammates, and elements — including an element’s serial number. You can also search for pages, settings, views, and actions: try Import reservation to open the PMS import form directly. Available destinations and actions depend on your permissions. Reservations pulled from your PMS become searchable as soon as they sync.

  • Home — A customizable dashboard of widgets that double as navigation, with a pinned Needs Attention band for time-sensitive items. See Home Dashboard.
  • Setup — Your setup hub for getting the account fully operational. See Initial Setup & Onboarding.
  • Opal — Opens Opal, SuiteOp’s AI assistant, full-page. See Getting Started with Opal.
  • Properties — All your rental units and property groups
  • Devices — Your connected locks, thermostats, and sensors, with an Alerts tab for device alerts
  • Reservations — Expand to open the Reservation list and the guest Blacklist. The Blacklist appears only for team members who can modify reservations and have access to all properties.
  • Folio — All charges and payments across every reservation, with filters, KPIs, and bulk actions. Visible if you have the View payments permission. See Folio.
  • Tasks — Expand to open My Tasks, All Tasks, Opportunities, and Costs & Approvals (for approving costs, timesheets, and time off; shown if you can approve time entries)
  • Shifts — Expand to open the Shift Schedule and shift Settings
  • Analytics — Operational KPIs, charts, and exports
  • Agents — Your automations. The page has tabs for Playbooks, Profiles (marked Soon), and Logs; a Tools tab appears if you have the Manage Organization permission. See Agents.
  • Inbox — Unified messaging with guests across all channels. Inbox labels, routing, and agents are configured under Settings.
  • Settings opens the Settings landing page, organized into four categories: Guest Portal, Operations, Inbox, and General. When you open a settings page, the tabs across the top show only the pages in that category. Portals, Brands, Upsells, and White Labeling are under Guest Portal; Element Catalog, Booking sources, Departments, Task Templates, and Scheduler are under Operations; Email Templates, Payments, Translations, and API access (the Developer page) are under General. A back button beside each Settings title returns to the landing page.

Below the main groups, separated by a divider, you will find:

  • Notifications — Opens a notifications popover with section filters and Mark all as read. Use View all in the popover for the full-page view with infinite scroll, bulk archive, and per-channel preferences. See Notifications.
  • Integrations — Connect and manage third-party services (PMS, Stripe, Slack, device providers)
  • Rewards — Opens Refer & Earn with a Milestones tab for achievement tracking and new-payout indicators
  • Organization — Expand to access Members (user management) and Billing (subscription and payment info)

At the bottom of the sidebar:

  • Support — Opens the SuiteOp support messenger
  • Send feedback — Tell the SuiteOp team what’s broken, missing, or could be better (see below)
  • Help Center — Opens the SuiteOp help center in a new tab
  • User menu — Shows your name and organization. Click it to open your Profile, choose a Theme (Light, Dark, or System), change the dashboard language, or Log out. See Dashboard Language.

Click Support at the bottom of the sidebar to open the messenger and chat with the SuiteOp team. The messenger is part of the signed-in dashboard and does not appear in guest portals.

Use Send feedback for product suggestions and bug reports rather than urgent help — for anything blocking you right now, use Support. Pick a type (Bug, Idea, or Improvement), describe what happened and what you expected, and optionally attach screenshots — Capture this screen grabs the page you’re on — or a narrated screen recording with Record screen. Screen recording works in Chrome and Edge.

At the top of the sidebar, the organization switcher displays your current organization. If you belong to multiple organizations, click it to switch between them, or choose Create Organization to start a new one. All data in SuiteOp is scoped to the selected organization — switching orgs changes everything you see.
