Property Details
The Properties tab gives you an overview of all properties in your organization with real-time status, guest info, and quick access to related tasks, reservations, devices, and access codes.
Browsing Properties
Section titled “Browsing Properties”Open the Properties tab from the bottom navigation bar. The property list shows a card for each property with:
- Property name (or nickname if set)
- Location — city and state
- Cleaning status badge (e.g., Clean, Dirty, Inspected)
- Current guest name and check-out date (if occupied)
- Next guest name and check-in date (if an upcoming reservation exists)
- Tasks due today count
- Issue count (if any maintenance issues exist)
- Online devices count
Filtering
Section titled “Filtering”Filter chips at the top let you narrow the list:
- All — show every property
- Check-ins today — properties with guest arrivals today
- Check-outs today — properties with guest departures today
- Dirty — properties that need cleaning
- Has issues — properties with open maintenance tasks
The list supports pull-to-refresh and search via the search icon in the header.
Header Shortcuts
Section titled “Header Shortcuts”The Properties tab header includes icon buttons that jump to organization-wide views without leaving the tab:
- Reservations — opens the All Reservations list
- Devices — opens the All Devices index
These share the “across all properties” mindset of the Properties tab, so they live in its header rather than as separate bottom tabs.
Property Detail Screen
Section titled “Property Detail Screen”Tap a property card to open its detail screen.
Cover Image
Section titled “Cover Image”If the property has a cover photo, it’s displayed as a banner at the top of the screen.
Basic Info
Section titled “Basic Info”- Property name with cleaning status badge
- Address — tap to open the location in Apple Maps (iOS) or your default maps app
If WiFi credentials are configured, you’ll see:
- WiFi name — the network name
- WiFi password — masked by default; tap the eye icon to reveal it
Property Details Grid
Section titled “Property Details Grid”A grid of cards shows key property attributes:
- Bedrooms count
- Beds count
- Bathrooms count
- Max guests
- Check-in time (formatted in 12-hour time)
- Check-out time (formatted in 12-hour time)
Today’s Activity
Section titled “Today’s Activity”Shows at-a-glance guest movement:
- Current guest — the guest currently staying at the property (if any)
- Next guest — the next arriving guest (if any)
- Today’s tasks — tasks due today for this property
Quick Actions
Section titled “Quick Actions”Tap any of these rows to open a bottom sheet with details:
- All tasks — navigates to a filtered task list for this property
- Reservations — shows up to 20 upcoming reservations with guest names, dates, and confirmation codes
- Devices — lists devices assigned to this property with name, type, battery level, and online status. Tap a device to open its detail screen
- Access codes — displays the property’s entry and validation codes. Tap View all access codes at the bottom of the sheet to open the full Property Access view
Property Access
Section titled “Property Access”The Property Access view gives you a single, live overview of every lock code on a property — not just the codes tied to one reservation. Reach it from the View all access codes link inside the Access codes quick action.
Codes are grouped into three sections so you can see what’s happening right now versus what’s coming:
- Active now — codes that are currently valid
- Upcoming — codes scheduled to start in the future
- Past — codes whose window has ended
Each row shows the slot or device name, the guest name (when the code belongs to a reservation), the code itself, and a status badge driven by the same lock-code lifecycle used elsewhere in the app. Codes without a set start or end time are treated as always-available and stay under Active now.
