Import your wifi-connected devices into SuiteOp

SuiteOp imports your devices directly from each provider so you can manage locks, thermostats, sensors, and access systems alongside your properties and reservations.

Supported device providers

You can connect any of the following providers from the Integrations page. New providers are added regularly — if yours is missing, reach out to support@suiteop.com.

Smart locks: Schlage, Seam, IglooHome, RemoteLock
Smart home / hubs: SmartThings, Google Nest
Access control: Brivo
Sensors & climate: Netatmo (noise + climate)

Each provider uses one of two connect flows:

OAuth — you’re redirected to the provider, sign in, and authorize SuiteOp. Used by Schlage, Seam, IglooHome, RemoteLock, SmartThings, Google Nest, and Netatmo.
Credentials — you enter a username and password (or API key) directly in SuiteOp. Used by Brivo.

Step 1 — Connect your device account to SuiteOp

Log in to SuiteOp.
Open Organization → Integrations from the left-hand menu.
Find your provider in the list and click Connect Account.
Follow the on-screen flow:
- OAuth providers redirect you to the provider’s login page. After signing in and approving access, you’re returned to SuiteOp automatically.
- Brivo opens a dialog where you enter your Brivo username and password. SuiteOp validates the credentials before saving them (encrypted at rest).
- SmartThings also walks you through installing the SuiteOp SmartApp on your SmartThings account.
Once connected, your devices import progressively. You’ll see them appear under Properties → Devices.

Step 2 — Sync devices on demand

If you add or rename devices in your provider’s app, click Sync on the integration’s account page in SuiteOp to pull the latest list. Sync is available for every access-control and smart-home provider listed above.

Step 3 — Connect your devices to each property

Once devices are imported, associate them with your properties (and provision smart locks if applicable).
