Exporting Data
Most lists in SuiteOp have an Export CSV button that downloads the rows matching your current filters as a spreadsheet. This page covers where to find each export and what’s worth knowing about the file.
Reservations list
Section titled “Reservations list”You may want to download reservation rows for offline review, compliance tracking, or spreadsheet analysis — including guest contact details and pre-check-in answers alongside each booking.
- Go to Reservations > Reservation list.
- Filter by dates, status, property, or other criteria based on the data you want to view.
Turn on Blacklisted only when you need a list or export limited to stays whose guest currently carries a blacklist mark. The filter is saved with saved views and applies to the CSV as well as the table.
- Click Export CSV to download a spreadsheet of every reservation matching your filters, including each guest’s answers to your pre-check-in questions (one column per question).
The file carries two sets of guest contact details, and the difference matters: guest_email and guest_phone are what your booking channel sent — on Airbnb and Vrbo that is a masked relay address — while precheckin_email and precheckin_phone are what the guest typed themselves during pre-check-in. Use the pre-check-in columns when you need to reach a guest directly.
For money, read total_price_cents for what the stay is worth (the guest’s grand total), with total_tax_cents and total_discount_cents beside it so you can reconcile. subtotal_cents is usually the room rate only, before fees, tax, and discounts. All four are in cents (divide by 100), and a blank cell means SuiteOp doesn’t have that figure — your PMS didn’t provide it, or the reservation hasn’t synced since this column was added — not that it was zero.
The is_blacklisted column identifies the current blacklist state. The blacklist_reason column contains the standing reason only for team members with organization-wide property access; property-scoped exports keep the blacklist flag but leave the reason blank.
A single export covers at most 10,000 reservations; if your filters match more, narrow them (for example, split a wide date range into several exports). Anyone who can view reservations can export them.

Upsells and transactions
Section titled “Upsells and transactions”Upsell requests, fees, deposits, and the payments against them all live in Folio, so one export covers both.
- Go to Folio in the sidebar.
- Filter by Check-in dates, property, status (Complete or Action required), or type — choose Upsell to see only upsells.
- Click Export CSV in the toolbar to download every charge matching your filters, with amounts, refunds, currency, and payment dates.
You need the View payments permission to see Folio. A single export includes up to 50,000 charges; if your filters match more, the charges created earliest are left out, so narrow the date range for very large exports. For the full column list and a bookkeeping walkthrough, see Folio.

Reviews
Section titled “Reviews”You can export guest review data from Analytics for offline analysis of guest satisfaction trends.
- Go to Analytics > Guest Experience > Reviews
- Filter by date range, property, review source, review status, or rating to narrow the data
- Scroll down to the review table and click Export CSV

For a full guide to the Reviews tab and its KPIs, charts, and AI-powered review analysis, see Reviews Tab. For details on the CSV format and export options, see Exporting Analytics Data.
Property setup audit
Section titled “Property setup audit”To check what’s configured on each property — useful before a launch or when onboarding a batch of units — go to Properties and click Setup audit. Click Export CSV to download the audit as a spreadsheet.
Blacklist
Section titled “Blacklist”Open Reservations → Blacklist, apply the search, status, or recent-match filters you need, and click Export CSV. Choose Profiles only for the current guest records, or Profiles with match history when you also need one row for each recorded reservation match. The export uses the same filters as the list on screen.
For access requirements and how active profiles affect reservations, see Managing the Guest Blacklist.
